One thing they don't tell you about any of their properties is that they are poorly maintained and poorly inspected by contractors most likely in their pocket. Bug feces and ignored chipping lead paint are but barely a glimpse of what their rental properties are like. Anyone under contract with them should be advised and have a lawyer look at every nook and cranny on all legal forms.
