The experience is really good, very nice work environment. The level of culture is very rich. There are many work opportunities, unfurtunly there are favoritism at the time to select the candidates. I worked overnight and it was okay. Pay was good which is why I stayed as long as I did. I left for personal reasons. They only provided two 10 minute breaks which was not enough.
They provided food but at night it was rarely any good. Cons 2 short breaks, food provided sucked. It is hard to move up in the company or have certain projects attached to you since there is favoritism. It is wonderful to work with the kids and some staff are very good. Children here are seen as a paycheck, not humans. I worked here for 3 years and during this time all I saw was how kids were not treated with respect by upper management. If an employee complains about children being mistreated by another employee, management will make it hard for you until you quit, or they fire you for any reason they want just to get rid of you. Avoid applying to this company at all costs.
