Cons : The spring beds were really not that comfortable. I didn't get much sleep. Also there is just 1 shared bathroom for 8 rooms which could get cramped up somtimes. Add to that, those bathrooms get clogged often. I also had to struggle in getting the door open as the key would not fit in completely.
